Dynos to defend home tournament championship

The 2013 Battle in the Badlands is this January 11 and 12 and features eight top teams in the province in the Oregon style draw.
“It should be really tough tournament for us to repeat as champions as there are a lot of good quality teams participating,” said Dynos head coach Jeff Messom.
Teams include Acme, who is ranked at the top of the 1A teams in Alberta.  J.R. Robson and Rimby have both achieved honourable mentions in the first round of 2A rankings, Holy Cross Colligate  is ranked 9 and Millwoods Christian is ranked seventh.
