Last weekend was the second weekend of the tiering rounds which will continue until November 15, 2009, followed by a short break and then the launch of the regular seasons beginning on November 27.
    This weekend the Sports Room Midget Raptors played two games, one 5-0 loss against Prairie High and a 7-4 loss to Brooks.
    The Boston Pizza Bantam Raptors lost 8-0 against High River, while the CNRL Bantam Raptors won 8-2 over Okotoks.
    The Hi-Way 9 Peewee Raptors lost 5-0 to Okotoks.
    The Minor Hockey Novice Raptors won 4-2 over Indus and the Yavis Atom Raptors won a close battle of 4-3 against Carstairs.
    The Bertram Drilling Midget Raptors game against High Country was cancelled this weekend. Any remaining game scores were unavailable at this time but will be followed in next week’s paper.
