GARRETT, Robert Bob Samuel
Robert Bob Samuel Garrett passed away in his sleep December 30, 2010 at the age of 81 years. He is the beloved husband of Mrs. Vera Bernice Garrett. Robert Garrett was born and raised in Carbon and operated Garrett Motors till the year 2000. He was an active member of the Carbon United Church as well as a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 25 years. Robert is survived by his wife of fifty years Vera and his two sons: Bentley Robert and Clark Samuel and his wife Kelly. Granddaughters Jessica and Karlee from Carbon, Alberta and his brother Wayne (Elaine) from Didsbury, AB. Memorial Service will be held at the Carbon Baptist Church on January 6th, 2011 at 2:00 P.M, in Carbon, Alberta. Rev Wendy Galloway and Rev Richard Kauenhofen will be officiating. A Private Family interment will be at the Carbon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honour of Robert to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta & N.W.T.
