It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Ronald Clarence Bellrose on July 28, 2010. Ron died suddenly at home of complications due to ALS. Ron was born in Keg River, AB. He was the fourth oldest of a family of 13. He was raised in Paddle Prairie until he left home to go out on his own. Ron worked for Case Power and Equipment for a number of years. He then worked for Viterra Farm Supply in Delia, AB until he retired due to his health. Ron is survived by his wife Bonnie; sons Jim (Louise) and Darren (Alla); daughter Danielle (Brad) and seven grandchildren: Julia, Erica, Mark, Sasha, Maddox, Zoe and Cohen. Ron is also survived by brothers and sisters, Mervin (Darlene), Derwin (Hazel), Glenn (Norma), Vera (Wally), Lorna (Wulff), Arlene (Dennis), Elda and Sandra. He is predeceased by his mother Isabelle and father James, sisters; Marjorie, Leona and Nancy, infant brother Lorne and his son James. You will be dearly missed by your family and friends Ron. We all love you and are deeply saddened by your untimely passing. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace. A Celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Wednesday, August, 4th, 2010 at Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Chapel,199-2nd Street West, Drumheller, AB at 1:00 pm. A Private family interment will be held at the Drumheller Municipal Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the ALS, Suite 400, 320 23rd Ave SW, Calgary, AB, T2S 0J2.
