Candace Elaine Tompkin passed away peacefully on June 23, 2018 in the Foothills Hospital with her family at her bedside. Sadly she leaves behind many loved ones; including her best friend and fiance’ James Conroy, her amazing mother Jean Tompkin, sister Kim Tompkin (Frank), daughter Amber Booth (Adam), son Cody Halverson, step daughters, Tanya Conroy, Jamie Conroy (Tom), step son James Conroy, and her beautiful grandchildren, Emma, Liam, Thomas, Sawyer, Michelle, Georgia, Johnny, and GG Mason. Candy was predeceased by her brother Allen Tompkin, and her father Alan Tompkin. Candy will forever be remembered for her love of gardening, flowers, thunderstorms, and her obsession with decorating her yard and house for EVERY occasion. Her selflessness and giving nature will continue on as she has given the amazing gift of organ donation. A private Celebration of Life service will be held in Candy’s memory with close family and friends. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made in loving memory of Candy to the Salvation Army. Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes are in care of the arrangements.
