CUNNINGHAM, Raymond Joseph

Raymond passed away suddenly July 16, 2016 at the age of 66 years in Drumheller. He is survived by his companion of many years Sheila. He is also survived by his brothers Jim (Lynda), Gordon (Judy), Cecil (Veronica), his sisters Gail (Ron), Debbie (Brent), Donna (Rob), Laurie, Mary Jane (Gilles), and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Alice and Phil, sisters Marion, Valerie, Barbie, and brother David. Raymond was born in Drumheller, raised in Wayne and Rosedale. He left the valley in his late teens to get work in Red Deer then moving to Calgary until his return to the valley where he resided until his passing. Ray travelled a rough and difficult path at times but always remained a kind and generous man with a gentle soul. He will be missed by all who knew him. Remembering you is easy, we will do it every day, but missing you will always be a heartache, that will never go away. A celebration of life will be held at Rosedale Community Hall, Monday, July 25 at 11:00 am Courtney - Winter’s, Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
