CAMPBELL, Gordon Charles

The youngest of five children, “Chuck” was born to Mary and Matthew Campbell at Elk Point, Alberta on December 16, 1937, and passed away peacefully on February 10, 2012 at University of Alberta Hospital at Edmonton, Alberta. Chuck was predeceased by his parents and siblings, Mathew, Joyce and Audrey. He is survived by a brother James and many nieces and nephews, as well as his four children, Scott Campbell, Collin (Julie) Campbell, Crystal Campbell, Kathy (Blaine) Leonhardt, and nine grandchildren, Devin, Rebecca, Samantha and Tyler; Jenna, Delaney and Presley; Janelle and Joshua. He was a solitary person who chose a quiet life, was an avid outdoorsman, living off the land and surrounded by nature. At his request, there will be no funeral service. Memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, “Stained Glass Fund”, 620 2nd Ave. West, Drumheller, AB, T0J 0Y3.
