This past Sunday was Earth Day and to commemorate the occasion, various groups and businesses took the time out of the day to go out and collect litter that has accumulated in the Valley over the past year.
The Mountain View Credit Union has undergone a change at the top several weeks ago. A recent election has resulted in three new candidates being elected to the board of directors.
Five candidates tossed their names into the hat, but only three were needed. After the election, Wendy Metzger, Charlie Van Arnam, and Glenn Sawyer were elected. The new board will help continue the success that Mountain View Credit Union has had.
