Postal truck driver given 24 hour suspension

Drumheller RCMP dished out a 24-hour suspension for a man driving a Canada Post Truck last Sunday.     In the late afternoon RCMP received a driving complaint of a Canada Post truck being driven between Carbon and Drumheller. It stopped at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Drumheller.
Drumheller RCMP attended and discovered three males in the truck, along with a half bottle of rum.
Staff Sergeant Art Hopkins said it was questionable as to whether  the person who followed the truck would be able to identify the driver. One subject admitted to driving.
This individual was given a 24-hour suspension and Hopkins said Canada Post was advised and came to pick up the truck.
