The wait is over.
After months of anticipation, Valley Brewing has opened its door to the public.
The local microbrewery, a joint venture of the Sereda and Sisson families, opened its doors to its tasting room at noon on Saturday, August 3.
They will have six of their specialty brews on tap for locals and visitors to enjoy.
This will include a number of their favourite products already on the market such as Capstone Pilsner and Namesake IPA, but also their brew, Prairie Icon Farmhouse Ale, the first brewed at their own facility.
Ready to open are (l-r) Nick “The Brewer” Patterson, Jennifer Sisson, Crystal Sereda, and Nick Sereda. Missing is Ryan Sisson.
