A fire at the Drumheller landfill caused the town to smell a little funky this morning.
The fire on a garbage pile was put out by the fire department last night but reignited by Tuesday morning.
A significant amount of smelly smoke is lingering around the valley this morning, and the town is encouraging anyone having breathing issues to seek medical attention.
The Drumheller Fire Department is currently on scene and the landfill will be closed until further notice due to toxicity concerns.
