These past couple months have been great seeing all the growth in our club and all the new members!
We have a total of 5 projects including sewing, small engines, drama, horse and canine.
There is a grand total of 28 members this year. This is the largest our club has been in many years and it is very exciting for all of us.
We have elected a new executive. Alia Nielsen is our president, vice-president is Mesha Olsen, Evelyn Stanger is our new secretary, and Tony Huxley is the treasurer.
Another exciting happening is the 100 Years of 4-H in Canada celebration that is taking place on Saturday, November 23 in the Badlands Facility. The doors open at 1:00 p.m. and there will be a variety of things to do as well as supper for past, present and future 4-H members and leaders.
More info can be found by calling Gwen Hampton at 403-368-2169. It will be a very fun and busy year of 4-H and we are all looking forward to every moment.
