KIDSING MUSIC PROJECT presents 2nd Annual Year-End Concert

The second season has already come to an end and it is time for  the students of KIDSING MUSIC PROJECT to have a chance to display some of the music they have been working on throughout the year for concert and music festival.  This year’s concert is going to be “DYNAMITE!”  Again, it will feature the four groups that Becky Neuman has worked with throughout the year.

KIDSING, ages 6-9, will feature songs like “I’m a Believer” and “Candle on the Water”  plus a couple of good old rock-and roll numbers.  TEENSING, ages 10-12, will entertain  you with a couple of Justin Bieber hits as well as Elton John’s “Crocodile Rock”  and “Fireflies” from Owl City.  The girls’ trio, TRIPLE PLAY, will also be featured on the concert with a variety of songs such as “I’m So Excited” made popular by the Pointer Sisters, and the beautiful “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz.  The fourth group is the show choir, VOICE OVER, ages 13 and up, who will cover songs like Adelle’s “Rolling in the Deep” and Colbie Callait’s “Brighter Than the Sun”.  But they are also offering up their version of “Time Warp” and the great Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”!  All this plus more.

Yes, it is going to be a fantastic evening with something for everyone!  Please come out to see it.  The concert will run June 9 and 10 at the Kaleidoscope Theatre with performances starting at 7:00.  Tickets will be available at the door.

On another note, Becky Neuman’s private students will be presenting their year-end voice recital on June 3 at the Kaleidoscope Theatre.  There is a recital at 2:00 for half of the students followed by another at 4:30 for the rest of the students. All are welcome to attend.
