Dino Art Project seeking mural artists

The Dino Art Project isn’t just about the Dinosaurs having new life brought to them.

A committee was formed in April, consisting of eight members this year called the Dino Art  project committee.
The committee’s goal is to upgrade the dinosaurs and murals in the Valley.
The committee is looking for artists to help up grade the murals around town.
There has been 20 creative artists that have been working on the upgrade of the 1960 year old dinosaurs with only three to four left to be completed.
Now the committee is hoping to have more volunteers to help in restoring or adding new life into the murals located around the valley.
The committee is supplying the  paint and brushes, artists wanting to volunteer just need to submit a sketch of their designs.
“The community has given us great feedback on our project,” said John Shoff from the Dino Art Committee.
The Town of Drumheller is  providing work in kind, to help the committee if they need the dinosaurs moved or mounting.
The Dino Art project committee has ideas of future goals for the valley.
Chamber of Commerce is matching funds raised for the Dino Art project, by matching dollar to dollar up  to $10,000.
