Aquadinnies have strong showing at Medicine Hat meet

    The Aquadinnies were in Medicine Hat this Saturday for the AMAC Crazy Hair Meet. 

    The swimmers had a fantastic time with the highlight being the two relay teams competing.  The relay team A members, Keely Martin, Nicolette Thomson, Hayven Tucker, and Nakita Maseka finished 1st .  Relay team B members, Taylor Gough, Anna Gullacher, Jayla Berry, and Gabrielle Thomson finished 3rd.  The teams did amazing for never swimming together in a relay event before. 
    Teagan Adamcewicz swam her first 100 Free and improved her 25 Free and 50 Free times.  Jayla Berry swam her first 25 Back, 50 Back, 25 Free, and 50 Free.  Jordan Gaffney improved her 25 Back and 25 Free times and swam her first 50 Free.  Taylor Gough improved her 50 Back, 25 Free, 50 Free times and swam her first 25 Breast.  Anna Gullacher improved her 100 Breast, 100 IM and 50 Free Times.  Katie Hanik improved her 100 Free, 25 Free and 50 Free times.  Emily Martin improved her 25 Back, 50 Back, 25 Free and 50 Free times. 
    Keely Martin improved her 100 Free, 50 Breast, 50 Back and 100 IM times.  Nakita Maseka improved her 100 Breast, 50 Fly, and 50 Free times and was robbed by a bad call on her 200 IM time.  Kennedy Sax swam her first 25 Back, 25 Free and 50 Free.  Kevin Seafoot swam his first 100 Free, 25 Back, 50 Back and 50 Free.  Samantha Seafoot swam her first 50 Back, 25 Free and 50 Free.  Gabrielle Thomson improved her 50 Breast, 50 Back, 25 Breast and 50 Free times.  Nicolette Thomson improved her 100 Free, 50 Breast and 200 IM time.  Hayven Tucker improved her 100 Free, 50 Breast and 50 Free times.  Holden Tucker improved his 50 Back, 25 Free and 50 Free and swam his first 25 Back.
    Coaches Sheila Martin and Samantha Thomson were very impressed with how the swimmers represented Drumheller and swam their hearts out.
