Stettler Rodeo Grounds were filled with spectators as the Alberta High School Rodeo Association (AHSRA) held its junior fall season wrap up over the weekend of October 6 to 8. On Friday evening, October 6, a special fun triathlon event was held following the regular rodeo, which saw contestants rope a calf, run barrels, and tie a goat. Those in attendance on Saturday evening were also treated to a Thanksgiving dinner provided by the Stettler District Agricultural Society. Riata Gammie, a Grade 8 homeschooled student with Prairie Land Public School Division (PLSD), on her horse Bam Bam ran in the barrel racing portion of the event in the large arena.
