Cyle Clayton commits to Alaska Fairbanks

xdPFesLg

The Dragons are proud to announce that fourth year defenceman and newly minted assistant captain, Cyle Clayton, has announced his commitment to play division one hockey at the University of Alaska Fairbanks!
Clayton, who hails from Strathmore, Alberta, has played 51 games with the Dragons and has recorded 22 points over his four seasons with the organization. He was recently named the assistant captain for this upcoming season, speaking to his tremendous leadership skills both on and off the ice.

Cyle plays an important two-way role for the Dragons defensive core, often seeing minutes both on the powerplay and penalty kill. After injury filled seasons the past few years, Clayton came into the 2023-2024 season healthy and was one of the Dragons top players during the exhibition season.
We would like to congratulate the Clayton family and Cyle on his commitment!
