Former Dragon signs with Simon Fraser University

A valued member of the Drumheller Dragons family has moved on to the next stage of his career, playing for Simon Fraser University.
On Tuesday, August 23, the Dragons announced Kiano Robinson has committed to Simon Fraser University.
Robinson was a key figure in the Dragons organization over the last four seasons. He appeared in 154 regular season games and 21 playoff games.
The defenseman has 16 regular-season career goals for the Dragons and 59 assists. He also has 149 PIM
Robinson was an Assistant Captain in his last season and was a key part of the team's leadership on the backend.
Simon Fraser University is located in Burnaby and plays in the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League (BCIHL).
Since joining the league in 2006, they have won four titles and are the reigning league champions. The team also regularly plays NCAA Division I competition.
