George
March 24, 1946 - July 18, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Kallay of Stony Plain, Alberta on July 18, 2020 at the age of 74.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Barbara, his sons David (Lisa), Ian (Mindy); daughter Robin (Daren); grandchildren Peyton, Finn, Ady, Kaydee, Myrissa, Joel; parents Maria and Julius Baji; brother Julius (Pam); nephews and nieces and many friends.
George pursued his passion as a social worker, a volunteer, and a dad. He was his children’s and grandchildren’s biggest fan.
The family is sincerely grateful to the caregivers and staff at The Good Samaritan Stony Plain Care Centre.
A Celebration of Life was held on July 23, 2020 at Stony Plain United Church.
