Violet Johnston passed away peacefully at the Drumheller Hospital at the age of 92 years. Vi is survived by her son Fraser (Kelly) of Vernon, B.C. and daughter Debbie (Greg) of High River; granddaughters: Brittany (Blaine) of Nanton, Randi (Dana) of Drumheller and Stacy of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; and great grandchildren Hunter and Hanna of Drumheller. She is predeceased by her loving husband Jim Johnston and sisters: Deedee Little, Denise Dawson, Judy Jewell and Katy Plews. Vi’s family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Hanna Continuing Care and Drumheller Hospital, and especially to the staff of Sunshine Lodge and Drumheller Home Care Services who provided a supportive and caring living environment for her last few years.
