KAISER, Lela Mary (nee Seeley)
March 28, 1927 - February 12, 2016
Lela “Mary” Kaiser passed away on February 12, 2016. Mary was the last surviving member of the Elmer Seeley family and beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Mary is survived by her five children: Garry (Linda) Kaiser of Houston, Texas, Dale (Sharon) Kaiser of Calgary, Kathie (Jurgen) Schempp, Randy (Wendy) Kaiser and Marie (Larry) Faye, all of Hussar, Alberta, thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mary enjoyed living on the farm and volunteering her time in the many organizations in the Hussar community. The family would like to thank the staff at the Bassano Health Centre for the wonderful care and compassion given to Mary and her family. A Celebration of Mary’s Life will be held at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 106 Centre Street, Hussar, Alberta on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church (Box 160, Hussar, AB T0J 1S0) or to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation (1-020 Li Ka Shing Centre, 8602—112 Street, Edmonton, AB T6G 2E1).
