Passed away peacefully at the age of 52 in Peace River, AB surrounded by his family after a brave and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Richard’s kind and loving spirit touched the lives of many. He was easy going, welcoming and his free spirit, contagious joy and zest for life were an inspiration to all. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing horseshoes, golfing and making memories at 5Star with his family and friends. A celebration of life was held at Our Lady of Peace Parish in Peace River, AB on January 31, 2015 at 3:00 pm. A fellowship followed at the Belle Petroleum Centre for friends and family to share memories of Richard’s life. Interment will take place at Carbon, AB in 2015.
