The Golden Hills School Division is once again looking at the idea of a K-12 school for the Wheatland East area.

Donations continue to pour in for the Carbon Community Centre in dedication to Daryl Hay.Daryl Hay passed away on Friday, March 27 in an avalanche while snowmobiling in Golden, BC. In a gesture fitting to his dedication to the community, the family asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Carbon Community Centre for new chairs, a cause Hay truly believed in.
