Council approved the minutes for the Monday, March 18, 2024, Regular Council Meeting, as presented.

Council approved two Requests for Decision pertaining to Certificate of Approval and Resolution for Expropriation for partial parcels of land for Bern Construction at 712 Hunter Drive, Nacmine, and 748 Hunter Drive, Nacmine.

Council moved to direct the Chief Administrative Officer to submit a request by Monday, April 15, 2024, to the Government of Alberta for a Financial Reporting Extension, which includes audited financial statements and financial information return.

Council moved to approve Policy INF-C-01 - Flag, Pole Banner and Decorative Trail Policy as presented. (see story page 2).

Council held a Public Hearing for proposed Rosedale Railway Avenue Road Closure Bylaw 10.24.
