IGA shoppers get taste of Believefest, support Food Bank renovations

iga-.jpgPatrons of Freson IGA may have felt they were walking into a concert last Friday as shoppers were able to get a taste of what’s in store at the second annual Believefest concert coming up in Drumheller on August 15. Jay and the Songbirds, based out of Edmonton is one of the headlining acts of BelieveFest, and they performed at the store. As well, IGA supported a hot dog sale with proceeds going towards The Salvation Army’s goal of renovating the food bank, making it more efficient and safe. The Salvation Army continues to solicit donations of funds, building materials and know-how to complete the project before the Christmas season arrives.
