Driver transported by STARS to Calgary following single vehicle accident

A man is in stable condition in a Calgary hospital following a single vehicle auto accident early Thursday morning, May 28.
Emergency Services from Drumheller responded around 2 a.m. to the scene of the accident on Highway 9 near the Drumheller Institution. A pick-up truck containing one occupant appeared to have left the road.
The driver suffered serious injuries and was transported by STARS to a Calgary hospital. He is reported to be instable condition.
The investigation is continuing.
