On July 29, 2023, at approximately 06:40 a.m., Three Hills RCMP were called to a collision between a pedestrian and vehicle on Highway 590 between Range Road 212 and Range Road 220.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the pedestrian was struck by the vehicle. Emergency services were dispatched to assist; however, the 28-year-old male succumbed to his injuries.
RCMP Collision Reconstructionist attended the scene and the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
RCMP extends condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.
