Water demand management measures end

IMG 0028

The Town of Drumheller will suspend the Water Demand Management Measures at 1:00pm today. The restrictions were put in place on July 14. The water-use restrictions will be lifted on irrigation systems, including Town irrigation systems and the Rotary Spray Park.
“Upon review of the Water Treatment Plant operations, we are confident in our decision to lift the water-use restrictions,” shares Dave Brett, Director of Infrastructure Services. “Our staff will be reopening the Spray Park at 1:00pm today. We thank everyone for their understanding and patience as we worked through this measure.”
Residents are encouraged to continue to be conscious of their non-essential water usage.
