Drumheller RCMP have identified a male suspect responsible for theft from a motor vehicle earlier this month.
The suspect, who was observed entering a vehicle on Sunday, July 3 and removing personal items has been identified as 42-year-old Nicholas Murphy of Drumheller.
Murphy was located in Drumheller while entering another vehicle to steal personal items.
He has been charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000 and two counts of theft under $5,000 and is scheduled to appear in provincial court in Drumheller on Friday, August 19.
Drumheller RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter and remind them to report any suspicious activity.
