Downtown Halloween was once again a big attraction for trick-or-treaters looking to snag bagfuls of candy on Sunday. Some 800 trick-or-treaters made their way through the downtown core, and about 20 businesses participated according to Community Business Association (CBA) communications liaison Lynn Fabrick. The CBA received an outpouring of candy donations from local businesses for the annual event.
