Drumheller RCMP are asking the public for assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an early morning break and entry at Neighbours’ Corner Pub, at approximately 5 a.m. on Sunday, October 17.
The suspect was seen on surveillance footage approaching Neighbours’ on foot, crossing Highway 9/56 from Valley Plaza at 4:58 a.m. Sunday morning.
“No arrest has been made at this time,” Drumheller RCMP Detachment Commander Staff Sergeant Ed Bourque tells the Mail.
S/Sgt Bourque adds a suspect was interviewed in relation to this incident, however, due to insufficient evidence the investigation is continuing.
The suspect appears to be dressed in a dark or black jacket and baseball cap, with a Halloween mask covering their face, and carrying a dark backpack.
