The Drumheller Girl Guides presented the owners of the Drumheller Candian Tire with Silver Thanks Pins. These are special awards given to non-members in appreciation of the support they have shown the Guides. On top of the various service that Canadian Tire has done for the Guides, it helped them with their Girl Guide cookie sales. The Drumheller Girl Guides received their annual shipment of cookies on March 13, and then learned on March 15 because of the COVID-19 pandemic they were not able to sell them. The Drumheller Canadian Tire purchased in total 83 boxes to sell at heir store to help fund the Guides’ programs.
