Drumheller RCMP say the body of a woman who went missing was found in a wooded area in Drumheller.
Candace Deleeuw, 40, was previously reported missing on September 16 after being last seen near the Drumheller Health Centre on September 7.
Drumheller RCMP, with the assistance of the Drumheller Fire Department, said they recovered the body from a wooded area of Drumheller.
"Drumheller RCMP are working closely with the Medical Examiner's Office as the investigation is ongoing and cause of death is still to be determined," RCMP said in a release.
