The annual Remembrance Day poppy drive began today at the Drumheller Legion. Poppy executive Jim Stroud pinned the first poppy on councillor Fred Makowecki. Volunteers are now out delivering poppy boxes to area businesses and volunteers like the local sea cadets will be selling poppies in support of veterans and their families.
