New Celebration of Excellence partnership

The Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce, Drumheller Rotary Club and Town of Drumheller are pleased to announce an exciting partnership. The three organizations will be joining forces on Friday, June 15, 2018 to jointly host the Celebration of Excellence at the Badlands Community Facility.
The celebration will honor individuals and businesses for their achievements and contributions to the community. Together the group will present a total of twelve awards, including Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year and Youth Leader of Tomorrow. The semi-formal evening will feature cocktails and dinner with musical entertainment followed by the awards presentation emceed by Jason Blanke.
“This is a very exciting time in our valley. It is wonderful to see these three organizations pull together and celebrate excellence. The citizens and businesses are truly the ones that deserve the recognition from the community as a whole. Thank you to the Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce for your commitment to our valley and I look forward to a spectacular evening on June 15th,” stated Mayor Heather Colberg.
“On behalf of the Drumheller Rotary Club, I want to say how much we are looking forward to an amazing night of recognizing some very important people in our community. It is a pleasure to work alongside the Town of Drumheller and the Chamber of Commerce to present the most memorable awards night ever,” said Rotarian Tracy Kakuk.
Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Heather Bitz “is looking forward to working with the Town and Rotary Club to create a bigger and better unified awards gala to recognize deserving individuals and businesses in our community.”
