Cervus Equipment broke ground last Tuesday on a new John Deere dealership in Hanna.
Representatives from Cervus, Imperial Equities, Echo Design Group and Seko Construction were on hand to break ground on the new dealership to replace the existing John Deere facility in the town on September 20.
“The new dealership demonstrates our commitment to our customers in Hanna and surrounding communities,” says Corey Leonard, VP Operations, Agriculture, Cervus Equipment. “Our investment will have a lasting impact and we know it will better serve customers now and in the future.”
The new facility on Pioneer Trail in Hanna will be a 28,000 square foot facility with a showroom and office space and parts warehousing. It will expand the number of repair and maintenance bays to better serve the surrounding agricultural community’s needs.
It is being touted as the most energy efficient building it is network of dealerships.
“We had a great home for many years, and as our customer needs grow, we’re enhancing our dealership capabilities to grow with them,” says Mark Jones, Hanna store manager, Cervus Equipment.      “We’re looking forward to serving our customers in our new home.”
Construction is scheduled to begin in October this year and is expected to open in late 2018.
