At Greentree School, Deputy Mayor Jay Garbutt brought greeting and Sergeant Kevin Charles of the Drumheller RCMP and president of the Royal Canadian Legion Karel Stojan spoke.
Piper Dave Daly led the procession at DVSS and Larry Coney spoke on behalf of the Legion. The DVSS bands and choirs delivered moving performances for the student body and the many visitors who attended.
At St. Anthony’s School, Ed LaPlante spoke on behalf of the Legion and was joined by James Fleming and members of the RCSCC Furious Sea Cadets. The Elementary and senior choirs, as well as the concert band, performed for the school community
