Keagan Farmer, 6, happily cools off at the Rotary Splash Park this afternoon after Drumheller’s drizzly weekend with the help of his caretaker Janice Miller. “We do as much things with him as we can,” said Miller of Keagan, born with cerebral palsy. “It’s awesome, we can wheel him right in here.”
