An apparent hit and run occurred last night on 9th Street East in Riverview. A driver lost control of their vehicle and hit two parked cars in the early morning hours of Saturday June 4th, at approx 2:00 am.
Dave Zora, local Taxi owner/operator of Classic Cabz, had one of his vehicles (a 2014 Grand Caravan) hit in the accident.
When Dave heard the vehicle hit his Van, he went outside to investigate. The Driver got back in his vehicle and was trying to get away. The Driver put the vehicle in reverse and backed up, hitting a Truck across the street.
Dave said that the RCMP were notified and the incident is currently under investigation.
