A Drumheller couple is $100,000 richer because they played the EXTRA.
Margaret Tabert has a routine of checking the lottery tickets she shares with her husband, Frederick, every Sunday morning. The happy couple won $100,000 on the March 18 EXTRA draw.
“I always go to Mac’s and check our tickets,” said Margaret. “This was a bit different than usual. We couldn’t believe it!”
The happy couple haven’t made any major plans for their winnings yet, but they do plan to pay some bills and look into purchasing a new vehicle in the near future.
Margaret purchased their winning LOTTO MAX and EXTRA ticket at the Extra Foods Gas Bar located at 1252 HWY 9 South in Drumheller.
