Drayton Valley RCMP along with Breton and Drumheller RCMP are looking for the public's assistance in locating missing 23 year old Kelsey KRAMER. KRAMER was last seen in Drumheller on Saturday March 19th, 2016 and was believed to be heading back to Drayton Valley. KRAMER was driving a green 2006 Ford Freestyle at the time of her disappearance. KRAMER is believed to have gone missing in the Breton/Drayton Valley area.
Kelsey is described as approximately 5 foot 5 (165cm) and 140lbs (64kg) with blue eyes and light brown hair.
