On Wednesday, February 24, all the schools in Drumheller held assemblies celebrating International Pink Shirt Day which encourages kindness and zero tolerance to  bullying. Bullying is a major problem in our schools, workplaces, homes, and over the Internet. (Top) Greentree Elementary School, Coordinator Stephanie Koller encouraged the students to design the school’s pink shirts in honor of the Anti-Bullying Campaign. (Middle)  Drumheller Valley Secondary School, Principal  Curtis LaPierre said, “Show empathy and compassion to those being bullied”.  (Bottom) St, Anthony’s School,  Family Liaison Worker Amber Channell said, “Everyday should be Pink Shirt Day.”
