Drumheller RCMP is investigating a brazen mid day home invasion in East Coulee.
Shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday November 17, Members of the Drumheller RCMP attended to a reported armed home invasion in East Coulee.
Initial investigations indicates that four masked and armed individuals entered into a residence in East Coulee looking for handguns and Cash.
Upon searching the residence for these items they left the residence leaving two persons somewhat secured in the bathroom unharmed. Several long barreled firearms were taken.
The four persons left in a silver, early 2000’s model, GMC truck, with an extended cab. The suspects are not believed to be local. This is believed to be an isolated incident.
