This Wednesday, students, staff and families will have something to celebrate at the grand opening and blessing of the new St. Anthony’s School.
The celebration is planned for Wednesday, June 13, the Feast Day of St. Anthony of Padua, an occasion the school marks annually.
The day will begin at 10 a.m. with mass presided over by Bishop Frederick Henry of the Calgary Diocese. Following the mass he will bless the new school.
Following the blessing, families are invited to join in the school’s year-end picnic and barbecue.
