What do you like most about you’re job? It’s fun to combine technology and teaching to educate children.
How long have you been in Drumheller? Since May.
Where are you from originally? Toronto, but I moved around quite a bit for my education.
What did you go to school for? I got my Masters in parasitology. I studied gastrointestinal parasites in west Greenland caribou.
What do you like most about Drumheller? Everyone is super nice and welcoming.
Any destinations on your bucket list? Australia and Turkey.
What’s the coolest place you’ve been to? I lived in Hokkaido, Japan, for a year and spent a month in Greenland.
What three things would you take to a deserted island? My laptop, Playstation 3, and unlimited high speed internet.
Who would you want to hang out with? Hercule Poirot.
Any hobbies? I just started knitting, video games, reading, and cooking.
Do you collect anything? Tea pots.
What is one thing you could eat for the rest of your life? Okonomiyaki, which are Japanese pancakes.
Favourite movies: Nightmare Before Christmas and Hocus Pocus.
What would you sing at karaoke? “Bleed it Out” by Linkin Park and “Grillz” by Nelly.
Favourite games: Kingdom Hearts, LEGO games, and Shin Megami Tensei.
What would be your dream vehicle? A Peugeot. I saw a lime green one in Ireland and thought it was a must have.
