What do you like most about your job? I love learning with kids and the community that forms in the classroom and school.

What do you like about Drumheller? The landscape is beautiful.
What’s the coolest place you’ve been to? I lived in China for seven months and taught at an international school. I travelled around China with my family and saw the Great Wall and Beijing.
Anywhere else you’d like to go? Mongolia.
Any hobbies? Photography and reading.
What do you read? Mostly biographies. I like books about real people, not necessarily celebrities.
What is one food you could eat for the rest of your life? When I was in China, I got addicted to Thai food.
What do you listen to? Mostly folk, like Mumford and Son. I like The Civil Wars.
What is your most memorable childhood toy? I grew up on a ranch, so I’d say all the animals.
What would you do with $1 million? Travel and go back to school.
Favourite sports: I used to do rodeos and I like baseball.

Dream vehicle: An airplane. I want to learn to fly.
