On behalf of myself and my family, Bill, Ben and Rick and their families, I would like to thank all our friends and relatives for the many lovely cards and flowers they gave us. Also, for their much appreciated support at the Memorial for Pat Armstrong on April 28. Relatives and friends were there from Bassano, Calgary, Cochrane, Drumheller, Gleichen, Gem, High River, Hanna, Nanton, Red Deer, Rosedale, Standard, Strathmore, Trochu, Vancouver Island, as well as Hussar and area. The Kelm Family wishes to thank all our relatives, friends, employers and colleagues for the phone calls, the food, the flowers, the donations and the sympathy cards during the recent loss of our Mother, Annie Kelm. Thank you to everyone who helped us out in any way. Thank you also to Chris and the staff at Courtney Winters Funeral Home for their care and compassion. Thank you to the Delia United Church Ladies for the lovely lunch after the service and organist Donna Isaac and soloist Debbie Hein for the beautiful music. A big thank you also to Brian Stiles and our Uncle, Rev.Harold Martin for the comforting service. A large debt of gratitude and thanks to the staff of the Drumheller Health Centre Continuing Care for the care given to Mom while she resided there. Also thank you to Dr. Graham for the care Mom received over the years. To Dr. Khoza, emergency room staff at the Drumheller Health Centre and to the Doctors and Staff at the Foothills Hospital, thank you for all you did for Mom. Also thank you to the Staff at the Sunshine Lodge, Home Care and Helping Hands for the care given to Mom during the years she lived there. Also thank you to the staff at the Hanna Nursing Home for care Mom received during her brief stay there. The kindness, care and compassion shown by everyone will not be forgotten by any of us.

The family of Lawrence “Lou” Brown would like to express their gratitude to the family and friends who attended the funeral in Bonnyville and/or the burial at the Craigmyle cemetery. Your prayers, and your love and support, have helped us through this very tragic time in our lives. Thank you, Pastor Dan, for leading the service at the cemetery, and taking care of all the details. To Shirley Komarnisky, long time friend of the family, thank you for organizing the lunch and just being there for us. The outpouring of love by everyone has been overwhelming. Thank you to those who sent flowers, food and cards. You have grieved with us and for us, and we so appreciate your kind gestures. To the friends and family that stuck to us like glue through everything - you know who you are! - we love you. While Lou’s death has left us with aching hearts, we are delighted in knowing that God is good all the time and that Lou has been reunited with mom and dad in heaven.
