The family of the late Don Merritt of Drumheller would like to thank the many people whose kindness and compassion, both large and small, helped make this difficult time a little easier. Special thank you to Barney & Maxine Popovich, Wendy Greene, Kim King and Skip & Murial Hampton. We very much appreciated the wonderful attentive care Don received by Dr. Olfert, Dr. Marshall, and Dr. Racz, the acute care staff, and the homecare staff of the Drumheller Health Centre. Jan Richardson), Corp of Commissionaires PWGSC, the staff of Courtney-Winters Funeral Home and the Old Grouch Restaurant made Don’s memorial service a true celebration of his life. To all our friends and family, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for their kindness, generosity and support with the loss of Don. You are special people and we appreciate everything that you did for us in our time of need.

The families of Margaret Riep would like to thank our communities for the generosity and kindness that was shown to Mom during her stay in the hospital. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Three Hills Hospital for all the care they gave Mom. A huge thank you also to her many friends and neighbours for their visits, cards and flowers. We’d like to thank the members of St. Anne’s Catholic Church for their help in making Mom’s funeral a celebration of life. Thanks also to all those who helped with the lunch, especially the CWL and the members of Three Hills Victory Church. We also appreciate the numerous phone calls, cards, flowers, food, and thoughts and prayers that we received from our friends and community members during this time. Special thanks to Andy and his staff at Prairie Winds Funeral Home for their excellent care with all the arrangements. We very much appreciate all you did for our family.
