The families of Reid Jorgensen would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us in Reid’s last journey. A special thanks for the visits which Reid enjoyed both at home and in the hospital. These visits brought smiles to everyone’s faces even though Reid knew they were going to be the last.
