Dragons fall to Camrose at home Saturday night

Sarah Devereaux

The Drumheller Dragons hosted the Camrose Kodiaks Saturday night and took a 4-2 loss.
Ryan Jevne scored first for the Dragons at 6:17 of the first period. The Kodiaks answered back with a shorthanded goal at 12:42 leaving the score at 1-1.
It wasn't until early in the third period that the next goals were scored. The Kodiaks scored three goals in a less than 10 minute span before the Dragons' Dakota Zaharichuk scored a second goal for the home team making the final score 4-2 Kodiaks.
The Dragons now travel to Olds on Tuesday night to face the Grizzlys at 7 p.m. before returning home Friday to host the Brooks Bandits and the Calgary Mustangs on Saturday. Both home games are a 7:30 p.m. start at Memorial Arena.
